Tottenham Hotspur have been unable to offload Yves Bissouma, but there is still a way to sell the midfielder for a transfer fee instead of losing him for free next summer.
Yves Bissouma played his part under Ange Postecoglou. He made 44 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham Hotspur last season, with 10 of those coming in the Europa League. Bissouma also opened his goalscoring account at Spurs, scoring twice in the Premier League.
However, Bissouma was set to leave Tottenham for Galatasaray. According to reports, Spurs value Bissouma at £20m, meaning they would be willing to make a loss on the player in order to seal his exit.
Despite this, Galatasaray pulled out of an agreement to sign Bissouma, due to concerns about his fitness. As a result, Bissouma is still a Tottenham player following the conclusion of the transfer window.

Tottenham could still sell Yves Bissouma
The Bissouma story is not over yet as GiveMeSport report that the 29-year-old is likely to leave Spurs in the coming days. This is because the transfer window is still open in Saudi Arabia and Turkey and Bissouma is attracting interest from clubs in both countries.
Bissouma has failed to convince Thomas Frank that he deserves extensive game time and is therefore working with his representatives on a move elsewhere. The defensive midfielder does not want to remain at Tottenham if he is not seen as an important player.
Spurs already attempted to sell Bissouma this summer, but initially found it difficult to convince him to pursue a move. However, Tottenham have informed Bissouma he will receive limited game time if he stays, as they seek to encourage him to leave North London.
Bissouma is not in Spurs’ Champions League squad
Tottenham had to drop six players to meet Champions League squad regulations. Bissouma had next to no chance of making the cut which is a huge blow for the midfielder. After all, it was in Europe where he played his best football last season.
Bissouma is already behind Joao Palhinha, Rodrigo Bentancur, Lucas Bergvall, and Archie Gray in the pecking order, so his match time in the league would be limited too. It seems better for both parties concerned if he packs his bags and moves on to the next chapter of his career.
