The Tottenham Hotspur players took to social media following the impressive 4-0 win at Stoke City to thank the fans who had made the trip.
A brace from Heung-min Son (who surprised many when he was named in Pochettino’s starting XI), and one apiece from Dele Alli and Harry Kane ensured that Spurs comfortably brushed past Stoke by the same scoreline for the second reason in a row.
Here’s what some of the players had to say…
It feels weird scoring this early in the @premierleague season! ?? #COYS #BPL
