Tottenham Hotspur have set a price tag for Micky van de Ven as the Dutchman’s future continues to be the subject of intense speculation.

This is according to TEAMtalk, who say that the North Londoners have opened contract talks with Van de Ven, but they will ‘struggle’ to tie him down to a new contract, given their current predicament in the Premier League.
The outlet adds that Tottenham Hotspur have slapped a £100m price tag on the 24-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.

However, it has been suggested that the centre-back may feel that he is ready to join a club which regularly competes for major trophies.
This is according to journalist Pete O’Rourke, who has said that Van de Ven could agitate for a move in the summer if Spurs do not qualify for the Champions League.
