After repeated delays that left the fans extremely frustrated, Tottenham Hotspur finally managed to open their billion pound stadium late last season.

Many who have been to the venue including opposition fans and pundits have claimed that the stadium is one of the best in the world.

The venue boasts of several one-of-a-kind features including the largest single tier stand in the UK, the longest bar in Europe, a retractable pitch to hold NFL matches and an unprecedented offering of food and drink outlets.

However, it turns out that not everybody is happy with everything as the venue as the Sun report that the Tottenham players’ wives have been moaning that their VIP area under the West Stand as they felt it was not up to requirements.

The area already boasts of sofas, big-screen TVs, a crèche and kitchen with access to a Michelin star chef.

According to the report, after hearing the complaints, the club has now spent £1million to further improve the VIP area.

A source is quoted in the article as saying, “Certain people have made their feelings clear. It was thought they’d be grateful, not complaining.”

This article from the red top reeks of a hit piece as any article about WAGS being unreasonable is obviously likely to get clicks.
