Tottenham ace Georges-Kevin N’Koudou is said to be very close to completing a move over to French outfit St Etienne.
The French winger had received a previous offer from German club Mainz, but was holding out for a move back to his native country, with St Etienne sniffing around.
N’Koudou is expected to join Jean-Louis Gasset’s team in the coming days as part of a loan deal with the option to buy.
The lightening paced forward joined Spurs in 2016 for £11m from Marseille, but has struggled to ever nail down a first team spot.
He has made only 23 appearances in a Lilywhite shirt, with five of those coming in the Champions League.
The 23-year-old spent last season on loan to Burnley, but again failed to impress.
N’Koudou actually enjoyed a largely positive pre-season with Tottenham, scoring a couple of goals on the way to his club winning the International Champions Cup.
However, it appears that the Frenchman is still not in Pochettino’s plans, as he looks set to finally call it quits on his time in North London.
Should N’Koudou have been given another chance?
