It’s not all doom and gloom after the Watford loss, Spurs fans, Lucas Moura has been named Player of the Month in the Premier League for the month of August.
This marks the Brazilian’s first start to a season in a Spurs shirt after his £23m transfer from PSG in January.
Pochettino choose not to use the winger much in his first season, instead opting to use the time to bed him into the squad and English way of football.
Moura actually only played 72 minutes last campaign.
However, he’s off to a flyer this year, scoring three goals in his first three games.
Moura curled in a delightful effort to get things going at home to Fulham, before smashing in two against Manchester United.
Lucas became our top goal scorer at Old Trafford, after only one visit!
