Thomas Frank has offered an injury update on his squad as Tottenham turn their attention back to Champions League action, with preparations underway for a pivotal league-phase clash against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Attention is now back on the Champions League for Tottenham Hotspur, who will be desperate to return to winning ways following their disappointing draw against Burnley in the Premier League.
While Spurs have struggled domestically, they have been strong in Europe and find themselves in a good position going into the final league-phase game.
Tottenham are sitting fifth and have their destiny in their own hands, as a victory over Eintracht Frankfurt will guarantee them a place in the round of sixteen, avoiding the extra play-off games.

Thomas Frank provides Tottenham injury update ahead of Eintracht Frankfurt clash
Coming into Wednesday’s clash, Thomas Frank is set to be without as many as 12 first-team players, the same position he found himself in ahead of the Borussia Dortmund encounter, a game his side won 2-0.
James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, Mohammed Kudus, Rodrigo Bentancur, Joao Palhinha, Ben Davies, Lucas Bergvall and Richarlison all represent players currently sidelined for Tottenham.
Pape Matar Sarr remains out with illness, while Palhinha has a chance of featuring, as his injury is not as serious as those affecting other Spurs players who are set to face weeks on the treatment table.
Frank’s squad problems are not just down to injuries, with squad registration also meaning that some players available to him at the weekend cannot feature on Wednesday night.
Mathys Tel was only just removed from the Champions League squad for Dominic Solanke, while Radu Dragusin, Conor Gallagher and Yves Bissouma were not registered in the initial group.
With this host of absentees, the under-pressure Spurs boss has now provided an update on the fitness of his Tottenham squad.
Frank told Football London: “Kolo Muani and Wilson Odobert are both fine. They were unfortunately involved in a minor [car] accident. Everyone else involved is fine. It was a tyre blowing up. They will be travelling a little later tonight.”
On Porro, Van de Ven, Palhinha, and Pape Sarr, he added: “Pedro has a hamstring injury and will be out for four weeks. Micky has something minor. Pape is available again and so is Joao Palhinha.”
