Tottenham star pulled out of training on Tuesday

Tottenham Hotspur have suffered plenty of injuries lately, with a number of first team stars currently facing stints on the side lines.

The likes of Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele, Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen are all absentees, with Luke Amos and Vincent Janssen also on the injury table.

It has now been revealed by The Daily Mail that England captain Harry Kane was pulled from training on Tuesday.

Kane, Eric Dier, Harry Winks, and Kieran Trippier are all currently with the England squad ahead of games against Croatia and Spain, with Danny Rose withdrawn due to injury.

Manager Gareth Southgate apparently took the decision to pull Kane from training for a day in order to lighten the strikers load over fears of a burnout.

However, apparently Harry Kane desperately wants to play the first match against Croatia on Friday, as well as Spain three days later (Daily Mail quote Sportsmail.)

It remains to be seen whether Southgate will risk the England man for both matches.
