Richarlison has now lifted the lid on his relationship with both Thomas Frank and Ange Postecoglou, offering a glimpse into how they have shaped his time at the club.
Tottenham Hotspur have been undergoing sweeping changes both on and off the field, with Daniel Levy the latest to depart the club.
However, long before his departure, former Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou was handed the sack, right after his Europa League triumph.
The Australian delivered on his second-season trophy promise, ending Tottenham’s 17-year trophy drought, but that was not enough to keep him in the dugout following an abysmal Premier League display.

Richarlison compares Ange Postecoglou and Thomas Frank
Richarlison, who has enjoyed a strong start under new Tottenham boss Thomas Frank, has now opened up on what his relationship with the Dane is like, compared with Postecoglou.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, he explained how Postecoglou had been a key figure both on and off the pitch during his time in charge.
He told the outlet: “Ange is a spectacular guy. He was very important to me and is very loved by everyone at the club. He’s tough, he said he always wins championships in his second year, and he kept that promise.
“Ange always talked a lot with me during his time at the club. In my worst moments, he always tried to help, and I’m very grateful for that. He knew about my desire to help the team but also understood the tough moment I was going through.
“Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. When I had a run of games after my pubis surgery, I was performing well and scoring goals. It’s a shame I could not do more for him on the pitch because of the injuries I had while he was manager.”
“Thomas is also a really nice guy. I think he has everything it takes to stay here at Tottenham for a long time and become a fan favourite. He’s one of the smartest coaches I’ve ever worked with.”
Thomas Frank is building steady momentum at Tottenham
Thomas Frank has had a rather solid start to life as Tottenham boss, with the Dane overseeing two victories in Spurs’ opening three Premier League games.
At the heart of the top performances has been Richarlison, who opened his Premier League account this season with a brace, before adding an assist against Manchester City in matchweek two.
Spurs will be aiming for more consistency this term as they look to compete on all fronts, but strong performances in the Premier League could ultimately determine whether Frank remains in the dugout for the entirety of his three-year deal.
