Tottenham stars enjoy team meal without captain Hugo Lloris

A strong contingent of Tottenham teammates was spotted out and about in Covent Garden last night in the build up to their huge MNF clash with Manchester United.

The group of Premier League stars were seen dining at French restaurant L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, but one Frenchman missing from the table was Hugo Lloris.

After his drink driving arrest earlier in the week, the Tottenham goal keeper was not out with the squad, as his club captaincy hangs in the balance.

Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld, Erik Lamela, Ben Davies, Michele Vorm, and Fernando Llorente were all spotted in attendance at the restaurant.

Four notable absentees were Lloris himself, Danny Rose, Heung Min Son and Harry Kane.

Danny Rose has been linked with a move away from the club all summer, as the England left-back is said to be out of Pochettino’s first team plans.

So far, he has made just one appearance on the Tottenham bench this season, and has been heavily linked with a £22m move to PSG this week.

Heung Min Son is still away with South Korea as the Asia Games, as the cruised past Iran with a 2-0 victory on Thursday, sending them into the quarter finals.

Harry Kane and his fiancé Katie Goodland just welcomed their second child into the world in recent weeks, and it is thought that Kane will be maximising his time at home at the moment.
