As September rolls on, the release date for the new FIFA 19 game draws ever nearer.

To promote the release of the latest instalment in the football franchise, EA SPORTS have been steadily releasing the ratings of the top 100 players in this year’s game.

Today they shed some light on players 20-11, featuring a certain Tottenham striker.

Spurs stars, Jan Vertonghen, Christian Eriksen, and Hugo Lloris have already appeared in the list, showing Tottenham’s strength this season.

Harry Kane’s rating has been boosted from 87 to 89, putting him up on the same level as Aguero and Griezmann as one of the world’s top forwards.

However, Kane will have his eyes on the 90 rating of Lewandowski.

It’s no surprise that Kane has received such a boost, after scoring over 30 goals in the Prem, breaking Shearer’s record, finishing as top European goal scorer, and winning the World Cup golden boot all across the space of a season.

Kane’s stats are as follows: pace 70, shooting 90, passing 79, dribbling 81, defence 47, physicality 83.

He has been given a four star week foot and three star skills, with a high/high work rate (attacking/defending).

Beside his card, EA have written: “Often described as an old-fashioned centre forward, there is nothing outdated about Kane’s sheer ability to put the ball in the back of the net. No matter what sort of goal chances Kane gets, his 90 Shooting rating shows that he can do something with just about any of them, from diving headers to distant volleys.”
