Tottenham suffer further potential injury blow after midfielder is forced off

Tottenham Hotspur’s international break has certainly not gone to plan with a number of players having experienced issues.

Oliver Skipp has become the latest Spurs player to suffer a potential issue this evening after the midfielder was forced off during England Under-21’s win against Kosovo with what appeared to be a groin injury.

Skipp headed straight down the tunnel after 81 minutes when he looked to have hurt himself and was photographed looking to be in some discomfort.

The international break has seen Cristian Romero, Davinson Sanchez and Giovani Lo Celso all still stuck abroad following their trip to South America and cannot return to the UK just yet unless they wish to head to a quarantine hotel.

Heung-min Son suffered what is hopefully a minor issue earlier today for South Korea while Ryan Sessegnon had to withdraw from the England Under-21 squad earlier this week, having suffered a knock in training.
