Tottenham target signs new deal at current Prem club

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell for a few months now, as reported by Football365.

The 21-year-old is tipped as a long-term replacement for Danny Rose, as he inches towards the twilight years of his career.

Chilwell recently started his first two England games on international duty, and looked impressive in both, especially in the 3-2 win against Spain.

He has recently been linked with Spurs, Arsenal and Liverpool, as he emerged as one of the best young English left-backs.

However, Chilwell has ignored all interest from his Premier League rivals as he signed a new deal at Leicester.

The youngster came through the youth academy at the King Power Stadium, and has played in every game for his team this season.

It remains to be seen whether he will get his big move in the summer, but this new long-term deal all but rules out a January transfer.

Perhaps one for the future, Spurs fans?
