According to a report from The Times, Tottenham are set to return to Stadium MK in the Carabao Cup after beating Watford in the third round this week.
Spurs inched past The Hornets to book their place in the pot, but they needed penalties to do so after a late equaliser from ex-player Etienne Capoue.
Tottenham could look to build on this result with a return to Milton Keynes, which would delight Dele Alli, giving him another chance to play at his boyhood ground.
The Times claim that due to Wembley being unavailable on Thursday 1 November, if Spurs are drawn at home in the fourth round, they will again have to seek a temporary home for the tie.
It is said that Wembley will be holding three games in nine days already, and the pitch will need time to recover, rather than adding yet another match day strain onto the turf.
Spurs have received special permission to move the fixture to a Thursday after their Manchester City home game has already been switched to a Monday due to Wembley’s lack of availability.
