Tottenham begin their Europa League campaign against Qarabag

Tottenham come into the Europa League fixture on the back of a 3-1 win against Brentford on Saturday and will be keen to start their European campaign with a victory.

Last season, Braga won 6-5 on aggregate in the playoff round before losing 5-4 over two legs to eventual runners-up Bayer Leverkusen in the last 16.

Central defender Cristian Romero is unavailable due to a one-match suspension, while Djed Spence and Sergio Reguilon cannot be considered for selection after being omitted from the Europa League squad.

Richarlison and Wilson Odobert remain sidelined for Tottenham.

Qarabag have suspension issues of their own after centre-back Kevin Medina was sent off late on in the second leg of their Champions League play-off against Dinamo Zagreb.
