Tottenham youngster makes the plane for Champions League tie

Tottenham will be looking to put the woes of Saturday behind them, as they have their first taste of Champions League football for this season.

Spurs were drawn in a group with Barcelona, Inter Milan, and PSV, one of the toughest groups this season.

However, Tottenham will be confident after topping the group of death last time out, featuring the likes of Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Spurs take on Inter Milan at the San Siro in their first game, the last time they played the Italian giants there in the Champions League, Gareth Bale scored a sensational hat trick.

Tottenham would also go on the thunder past Milan in the home leg that year, something they will be hoping to repeat.

This morning, Spurs took to twitter to show the players boarding the plane to Italy, and one face in particular stuck out for fans, young Oliver Skipp.

He is seen walking over the tarmac with the likes of Harry Kane, Lucas Moura, Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen. Luke Amos is also seen among the group.

This could be a huge opportunity for the Spurs youngsters to get a taste of Europe’s biggest competition.
