Tottenham Hotspur are now known for bringing through some quality youth players from their academy, and Pochettino is famed for giving them a chance in the first team.
In the space of five years, Harry Winks has been given his debut, transferred into the first team set up, and become one of the first names on the team sheet under Poch.
The likes of Oliver Skipp, Luke Amos, George Marsh, Kyle Walker-Peters, Kazaiah Sterling and more were also all given chances last season.
18-year-old Jubril Okedina has now revealed on Twitter that he has signed his first professional contract with the North London club.
This comes after a superb breakthrough season for the youngster, in which he became a regular in the U18 Spurs team, clocking up 18 appearances (TBRFootball).
The defender can play as a centre-back or a right-back and was even promoted to the reserves on one occasion last season.
Perhaps a name to remember.
