Tottenham’s England star linked with host of European giants

The Daily Mail reports, Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain and Juventus all have an interest in making a late move for right-back Kieran Trippier.

27-year-old Trippier gathered the attention of the likes of Madrid after a superb showing in the Russia World Cup which saw England reach the semi-finals.

Trippier netted an incredible free-kick in the semi-final against Croatia but it proved not enough to see the Three Lions through to the final.

Despite the interest from some of the world’s biggest clubs, Spurs have no interest in selling Trippier with the man from Bury holding down the number one spot at right-back for the upcoming season.

Trippier, like Tottenham’s other World Cup stars, returned back to training yesterday after their summer break was extended due to their World Cup journeys.

Spurs fans will hope Trippier will be fit enough to start in Saturday’s season opener against Newcastle United.

Spurs fans, could you really see Spurs entertaining such late interest in one of their first team starters?
