Tottenham fans will love hearing what Rangers manager Danny Rohl said about Mikey Moore after his impressive performance against Dundee FC.
The sacking of Russel Martin and the appointment of Rohl has been just what the doctor ordered for the Spurs youngster.
Moore has won over the Rangers fans with his enterprising performances over recent weeks after a difficult start to his spell at Ibrox.
That is partly down to the fact that the Tottenham youngster is now playing in his favourite position, and he has repaid the manager’s faith, making himself a fixture in the starting eleven.

Rangers boss praises Tottenham youngster Mikey Moore
Moore scored his first goal for Rangers on Sunday, and it was a strike that showed the teenager’s class.
The Spurs academy graduate started and finished the move with a lovely strike from the edge of the box, and were it not for the intervention of VAR, he would have had another goal, which was chopped off for an offside in the build-up.
Speaking after his side’s 3-0 win over Dundee, Rohl said about Moore (via The Standard): “Mikey again showed his quality on the ball. He is always available, a lot of good movements. I think this is great.”
Moore is relieved to score his first goal for Rangers
The versatile attacker had registered two assists already, but he admitted that it was a big weight off his shoulders to open his account in front of the goal.
The Tottenham Hotspur man admitted that Rohl’s arrival and the freedom that the German coach’s system offers him have brought the best out of him.
When asked about scoring his first goal for the Scottish side, Moore said: “Bit relieved to finally get on the scoresheet and keeping the momentum going, keep winning. It just fell and as soon as it come I just thought I’m going to shoot because I need to score. I was buzzing when it went in.
“When you haven’t scored in a while you’re thinking about it when you get in front of goal. But once you start scoring, I think they come and I’m just buzzing I scored.
“Since the manager’s come in I’ve shown a bit more what I can do. I think I’ve been given a bit more freedom. The whole team is building and we just need to keep it going, try and pick up some more wins.”
