However, a couple of days ago, TEAMtalk pointed out that Spurs’ pursuit of Lookman has become complicated due to a managerial change at Atalanta.
While Lookman had fallen out with former manager Ivan Juric and was seeking an exit, new manager Raffaele Palladino is keen on integrating the forward into his plans.
