Two Liverpool stars return and one picks up injury ahead of Tottenham clash

The match is still around 11 days away, but Tottenham will play Premier League leaders Liverpool in their first game back after the international break.

Spurs were gifted three weeks off when their League match against Crystal Palace was rescheduled, meaning the squad could fly out to Barcelona for warm weather training, before being awarded three days off.

The Tottenham stars have now met up with their respective national teams, and Pochettino will just be hoping that they all make it through injury free.

Providing this happens, they should all be well rested and well prepared for the Liverpool match at the end of this month.

Spurs have their previously injured stars such as Harry Kane and Dele Alli back to match sharpness in time for the clash, but Liverpool may also have returning players.

Joe Gomez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain may be involved in the tie, however Xherdan Shaqiri may miss out through a groin injury (Football London).
