Former Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman has claimed that the decision to award Manchester City a penalty against Tottenham Hotspur was correct.

Referee Bjorn Kuipers did not give the penalty until he was notified by VAR that his decision should be reviewed, and he pointed to the spot after consulting the monitor which was located at pitchside.
Seaman, who also played for City towards the end of his career appeared as a guest on talkSPORT had no qualms about the incident which thankfully led to Hugo Lloris saving the resulting spot kick from Sergio Aguero.
