Arsenal legend, David Seaman has argued that Harry Kane is only operating at around 70 per cent at the moment compared to the levels we expect of him.
Kane has yet to open his goal-scoring tally for the Premier League season yet, although he has netted six in ten across all competitions for Spurs, as well as another three for England.
To be fair to Seaman, he was also keen to point out that Harry Kane will undoubtedly return to form very soon, as ‘everyone knows what he’s capable of’.

Spurs Web Opinion:
I don’t even think it’s a case of Kane performing at 70 or 80 per cent. We have seen this so many times. Occasionally it takes a few weeks for the first Premier League goal to hit the back of the net, then the rest flow. I still think he has played well at times.
