Tottenham Hotspur are clearly keen on signing Real Betis playmaker, Giovani Lo Celso, this transfer window, after the Argentine impressed for club and country last season.
Spurs reportedly put in a £53m bid for the attacking midfielder last month, but the offer was rebuffed as Betis believed it was too far short of the £88m buyout clause (BBC).
