Antonio Conte has revealed that he has not spoken to Harry Kane about winning trophies with him at Tottenham, something that has alluded the striker for his entire career.
The new Spurs boss did claim that his managerial record speaks for itself and he refuses to take on a job without starting with a top target, although patience is needed to reach that.
Conte added that he wants to build something important at Tottenham and he believes Harry Kane knows that, even without a direct chat regarding silverware.

Harry Kane knows that Conte’s appointment means Tottenham are trying to win trophies here and now, that is what Conte is about. He won’t need a chat to know this. If he believes the chances to win trophies at Spurs are good, he will be happy to stay.
