Lucas Moura has thanked the Tottenham away contingent for their ‘unbelievable’ support at Turf Moor yesterday.
Spurs navigated a tricky tie to seal their progression into the quarterfinal of the Carabao Cup with a 1-0 win over Burnley.
Moura started the game on the bench and replaced Bryan Gil midway into the first half after the Spaniard went off with an injury.
The Brazilian looked extremely lively and headed home Tottenham’s winner in the 68th minute as he met Emerson Royal’s cross with a thumping header.
Moura recorded a message for Spurs fans after the win and the winger did not disappoint as he pulled out his trademark ‘COYS COYS COYS COYS’ celebration.

Spurs Web Opinion
Given that a top-four challenge looks beyond us this season, we need to be taking the cup competitions seriously.
I was pleased to see Nuno name a strong team yesterday and I expect him to use a full-strength eleven in the quarterfinal irrespective of who we are drawn against.
