Video: Darren Bent urges 28-year-old to avoid a Tottenham transfer

Darren Bent has urged Danny Ings to snub a move to Tottenham Hotspur amidst reports that the North Londoners are eyeing a move for the Southampton striker.

Reports indicate that Ings is stalling on signing a new deal at St Mary’s despite being down to the final 18 months of his contract and that Spurs are looking into the possibility of snapping him up in the summer.

While Bent is convinced that Ings is good enough to play European football, he insisted that the 28-year-old will not get enough game time at Spurs, with Harry Kane ahead of him in the pecking order.
