Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli was ruled out until early March after picking up a hamstring injury against Fulham just days after Harry Kane suffered an ankle injury in the defeat to Manchester United. This led to fears among Spurs fans that their season might be completely derailed as both were set to miss a crucial run of fixtures.
However, Spurs have coped admirably without the duo as they have continued to pick up wins in the Premier League and are close to progressing to the final eight of the Champions League. The club received a massive boost yesterday as it was reported that Harry Kane is now back in first-team training.
It appears now that Dele Alli might not be far off full fitness either. The England midfielder who has been recovering from his injury in Dubai, posted a video on social media to keep fans informed about his progress.
Alli said that while missing games was quite hard for him, he expects to be back playing soon. Check out the video below:
