Video: Dele shares footage of himself hard at work ahead of next season

Dele Alli admitted that after the match against Leicester City that he had just experienced the most difficult season in his career so far.

The midfielder found himself struggling for regular first team football under former boss Jose Mourinho and it was no surprise when he was left out of Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the Euro 2020 championship.

Dele vowed in his recent social media post that he was ‘determined than ever to come back fitter and stronger’ for next season and appears to be living up to his promise.

The 25-year-old posted a video on his Instagram story (2/6/21) where he was undertaking some conditioning work at the Nad Al Sheba sports complex in Dubai.

It is not the first time in which Dele has worked out at the venue, having spent time there in February 2019 when he was returning to fitness from a hamstring injury.
