Dele Alli took to his Instagram story to show his followers what he thinks of BT Sport’s supercomputer predictor.
BT have worked with data scientists, real-time football analysts Squawka and Opta to predict the placements of the Premier League’s twenty teams, the top goal scorers, assists and more using historical data and christened the findings as The Script.
It has predicted that Tottenham will finish third in the Premier League table but will end their long wait for silverware by beating Manchester United in the Europa League final.
This of course means, that it believes that Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be knocked out in the group stage of the Champions League which would be a big disappointment.
Dele is certainly not buying into the idea of big data and decided to put Tottenham’s script on his BBQ.
