Sky Sports had previously reported that Spurs had seen an initial £12.9m (€15m) plus an extra £2.6m (€3m) in add-ons recited, however, talks were continuing between both sides with Bologna valuing him at £17.2m (€20m)

Di Marzio revealed that Arsenal are also in talks with the Italian outfit having registered their interest in the central defender.

Tomiyasu has three years left to run on his contract at the Serie A side and is currently in Japan preparing for the upcoming Olympic Games having been selected by his homeland.
