I am extremely excited about Spence’s arrival as I believe his characteristics are perfect for the right wing-back role in Conte’s system.

The 21-year-old is excellent in one vs one situations, both defensively and offensively, and seems to have the engine needed to get up and down the pitch all game.

He could potentially evolve into a top-class wing-back under the guidance of Conte and his coaching staff.
