Video: Drone footage provides aerial update of new Spurs stadium

Mr. AV has taken his drone high above the skies of the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium to provide an aerial update of the progress of the development.

The footage which was captured earlier today shows that encouraging progress has been made on the roof of the 62,062 seater stadium since his last video eleven days ago.

Workers can still be found hard at work on the roof above the south stand as preparations continue for the new replica golden cockerel to be put upon its perch.

The other three-quarters of the roof are now relatively free of loose building materials which is a very encouraging sign that the roof project is nearing an end.

Elsewhere, the LED sponsorship ribbons throughout the stadium and the two giant screens within the south stand were once again being put through their paces.

One thing is for sure, the stadium is going to be the envy of European football once it is complete.
