Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg has shared a video of Eric Dier arriving in Munich ahead of his medical at Bayern.
Dier is currently one of the longest-serving first-team players at Tottenham and it looks like his journey in North London is going to come to an end after nine-and-a-half years.
With Radu Dragusin’s impending arrival at Spurs (The Times), Ange Postecoglou’s men have now seemingly given the green light for the 29-year-old to complete his switch to Germany.
The England international has been a pivotal part of the side under Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho, Nuno Espirito Santo and Antonio Conte, but was unable to force himself into Postecoglou’s plans.
Eric Dier is set to reunite with Harry Kane at Bayern Munich
He will now reunite with his former teammate Harry Kane in Bavaria as the centre-back looks set to sign for the Bundesliga giants subject to a successful medical.
Dier will be hoping to get his career back on track after a difficult 12 months and the centre-back described Bayern as an ‘amazing club’ after arriving in Germany.
