Tottenham Hotspur managed to grind out another Premier League win this afternoon as they defeated West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns in the early kick-off.
The match looked destined to end in a bore draw with just minutes left on the clock before Harry Kane popped up with a crucial headed goal late on.
Eric Dier put in a particularly impressive performance at the back, earning a clean sheet courtesy of a headed clearance off the line and some great all-round defending.
