Video: Eriksen not good enough for Madrid and is acting like a kid claim Sky Sports pundits

Christian Eriksen was the subject of discussion by the Sky Sports punditry panel following Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-1 defeat at Liverpool.

The Dane was recalled to Mauricio Pochettino’s starting eleven for the Premier League clash at Anfield and did himself no favours with his performance.

Eriksen’s situation in North London has been well documented over the past few months after he revealed in the summer that he wanted to leave the club in order to seek a new challenge (Ekstra Bladet).

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher suggested that the 27-year-old is not capable of playing for Real Madrid, while Gary Neville described Eriksen as acting like a kid who couldn’t get the sweets he wanted in the shop.

Roy Keane claimed that Eriksen would not improve the Manchester United squad if he made the move to Old Trafford.

Opinion

It is clear to see that Eriksen has no desire to play for Tottenham judging by his performances, he is completely disinterested.

Mauricio Pochettino needs to get rid of him in January, or freeze him out of the team.
