Former Tottenham Hotspur boss, Mauricio Pochettino, is out of a manager job for the first time in a long time, after a five and a half year stint in charge in North London.
Before that, Poch managed at Southampton and Espanyol, meaning it has been a bust decade in management for the Argentine.
One man who knows all about the toll a long managerial reign can take on you is Sam Allardyce, who believes that Poch will now take a bit of a break from work to relax.
