Video: Ex-Spur who is a Chelsea fan is devastated to see former side progress to semi final

For the younger supporters among us who may not be familiar with who Jason Cundy is, he played for Tottenham Hotspur during his career.

A self-confessed Chelsea fan, he started his career there before moving to White Hart Lane on loan and made the move permanent the following season. In all, he spent four years at Spurs making 28 appearances for the club.

These days he can be heard on talkSPORT, where he spouts his hatred of Tottenham at every possible opportunity – despite the club having paid his wages for four years.

He was at it again last night when his reaction to Manchester City’s late ‘winner’ was recorded on video, only for him to show his devastation when VAR overruled the goal which saw Spurs take their place in the semi-final of the Champions League.

Take away the era of Abramovich and the billions spent; and it’s just a small club in London who struggled to fill their stadium.

His reaction was recorded by his co-host Andy Goldstein on Instagram.
