Tottenham Hotspur have come on leaps and bounds under Mauricio Pochettino, with the Argentine taking a young and promising squad from Europa League qualification to the Champions League final.
However, Spurs were arguably a more exciting side a few years ago when they pushed Leicester and Chelsea respectively for the Premier League title.
Danny Rose and Kyle Walker bombing down the wings, young English talents like Kane and Alli in free flow, Eriksen, Alderweireld, Dembele, Wanyama and Vertonghen and the top of their games.
Jamie O’Hara has now claimed that Chelsea are just the Spurs of three years ago with the emergence of the likes of Mount, Tomori, and Abraham under young manager Frank Lampard.
“Cundy’s up to it again! He loves it!” ?
“Spurs wanting to be Chelsea? He is talking nonsense!” ?
“Truthfully, Chelsea are the #THFC of three years ago!” ?@MrJamieOHara1 says @JasonCundy claiming everyone except Liverpool & Man City want to be #CFC is rubbish ? pic.twitter.com/hgp07KKf3W
