World Cup winner and Tottenham Hotspur captain returned to training this morning after his extended summer break.
Lloris captained his national side to World Cup glory in Russia but has returned back to Spurs just days before their opening game against Newcastle United.
Unlike some of Tottenham’s other late arrivals, it is expected Lloris will return straight back into the starting XI on Saturday against Newcastle.
However, Spurs fans will be hoping he won’t be making an error like he did in the World Cup final and will instead lead them to silverware in the new campaign.
