It’s always a heart-in-mouth moment for any Spurs fan when Harry Kane goes down holding his ankle, even more so when there is a cup final to play in just one week.
Unfortunately for Kane and Tottenham, that was exactly what happened last night against Everton as the striker twisted his ankle after Richarlison rolled onto his leg.
Kane immediately left the pitch but video footage from Sky Sports has now revealed that, although he sported a slight hobble, the Spurs man was not in a protective boot or on crutches when he left Goodison last night.
