Former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan believes that Tottenham Hotspur need to make changes to their playing squad.
After another dismal performance on Saturday against Watford, Spurs have only managed to win three of their opening Premier League matches this season and have also struggled in cup competitions.
Jordan has claimed that the manager’s voice might be falling upon deaf ears for certain people within his changing room.
He admitted his surprise at witnessing Harry Winks and Dele Alli looking at one another when one of the Watford players stole in to take possession of the ball and claimed that the minds of the Spurs players do not seem to be on the job in hand.
“Tottenham have got to change it up.”
“They need to change some of the characters in the dressing room.”

Opinion
It is time for the likes of Christian Eriksen to either commit their future to the club or be frozen out of the first team. While the Dane did not feature against Watford due to injury, we need to get the players who aren’t committed to the cause away from the rest of the squad.
