Former Totteham Hotspur midfielder Danny Murphy has admitted that he would not have liked Amazon’s cameras to have followed his team around during his playing career.
Murphy claimed that while he has at Liverpool, he along with the rest of the squad would have refused to have been part of the fly on the wall docuseries.
The former England international went as far as claiming that if Fulham had decided such coverage during his time at Craven Cottage, it would have resulted in him resigning as the club captain.
Tottenham were the latest subject of the popular docuseries with Amazon’s All or Nothing capturing what went on behind the scenes during the 2019/20 campaign.
Having watched some of the footage which has been released to date, Murphy described what he has seen as ‘sanitised’ due to the fact that the players and Jose Mourinho were aware of the cameras being in position.
"At #LFC, we wouldn't have allowed that." ❌
"I wouldn't have allowed it at #FFC. I'd have given the armband in." ?
"As a group of players, you have a right to reply."
