Jermaine Jenas believes that it is not time that Tottenham Hotspur fans start appreciating the efforts of Moussa Sissoko.
The Frenchman has looked like a completely different player this season after two seasons of below par displays which have made him into a scapegoat among large sections of the Spurs support.
Sissoko took part in his first full pre-season with the club this summer since his switch from Newcastle in 2016 and has been one of the club’s most consistent performers during the current campaign.
He has performed notably well in Tottenham’s last three matches against Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Inter Milan which has led to pockets of the crowd starting to sing his name.
Jenas, who also had a tough start to life at Spurs during his time at the club hopes to see more fans take to the midfielder.
