Former Tottenham Hotspur winger, Georges Kevin-Nkoudou, scored a stunning volley in Besiktas’ 5-1 victory over Denizlispor on Saturday.
Nkoudou never quite managed to get a run in the first-team during the three seasons he spent in North London.
Following a couple of unsuccessful loan spells with Burnley and Monaco, Spurs finally decided to cut their losses on the winger, selling him to Besiktas for £4.6million last summer (Evening Standard).
The 25-year-old has settled down well since his move to Turkey and is showing signs of fulfilling the potential he showed as a youngster (Football.London).
The former Spurs star netted his fourth goal for the Turkish giants in their 5-1 victory over Denizlispor on Saturday with a brilliantly taken volley.

Nkoudou’s problem at Spurs was not due to a lack of talent. The winger was extremely skilful and his pace always caused defences problems. However, I got the feeling that the former Marseille man did not have the mentality required to succeed at the elite level. He seemed like a rather laid back character rather than someone who was driven to succeed.
