Tottenham Hotspur have broken the deadlock against Wolverhampton Wanderers just before the half time break.
Just when it looked as if both sides were about to head into the interval with honours even, Harry Kane timed his run perfectly to take advantage of Wolves’ poor defensive back line to fire home with his right foot.
The goal is Kane’s first under interim head coach Ryan Mason and is his 22nd of the Premier League season.
Wolves had defended bravely up until Kane’s goal, but it is Spurs who have the upper hand at half time.
