Tottenham Hotspur have broken the deadlock after 21 minutes of action on the south coast against Brighton and Hove Albon.
The goal came when Heung-min Son fired a low cross into the penalty area and Harry Kane showed great improvisation to stoop low and nod the ball into the back of the net.
Antonio Conte decided to shuffle his side and formation by opting for a 3-5-2 which saw Yves Bissouma brought into a midfield trio alongside Hobjerg and Bentancur.
Spurs have had the lion’s share of the chances, however, need to be wary of Brighton breaking on the counter attack.
