The Welshman came off the bench at 1-1 with Spurs chasing the game, before popping up with a clinical header courtesy of a cross from his old Real Madrid teammate, Sergio Reguilon.
Harry Kane, who was also on the scoresheet in the 2-1 victory, reacted to Bale’s goal and the impact he is having at Spurs.
