Tottenham Hotspur completed a club record signing for Tanguy Ndombele this week for an initial fee of £53.8m, which could later rise to £62.8m after add-ons (BBC).
It is certainly a marquee signing for the Lilywhites, with Ndombele being one of the standout holding midfielders in Europe last season.
Moussa Sissoko and Hugo Lloris will know all about the former Lyon man, as all three play for the France national team.
Harry Winks has now revealed what his French teammates have told him about Ndombele.
“We’ve heard a lot about him from Lloris and Sissoko.”
“We’ve heard he’s a top player.”
“He looks like a fantastic addition to the squad. It’s an exciting time.” ?@HarryWinks hails #THFC‘s signing of Tanguy Ndombele. pic.twitter.com/QcWy2PY1gV
