Harry Winks has saved Tottenham Hotspur’s blushes with an 85th minute goal against Wycombe Wanderers to put his side 2-1 ahead.
it was a delightful ball by Tanguy Ndombele over the Wycombe defence to release Harry Kane and the striker’s shot was saved before the ball found its way to Harry Winks who curled home from outside of the penalty area.
Extra time looked to be on the horizon for Jose Mouriho’s side which would have been disastrous considering the fact that Liverpool are the visitors to North London on Thursday evening.
Wink’s effort was the first he has scored in the FA Cup for Spurs.
